After adding shadow, element is cut out

PostThu Dec 07, 2017 8:31 pm

Hi everybody,

It seams I am doing something wrong and I can't figure what, please help.

I have PNG element and when i add shadow node is gets cut off. i tried every possible order and parameters, tried to ad multiple nodes, like transformation, etc. What ever i do, it is still there. If I remove shadow node it renders OK.

What could be wrong?

Thank you

You've transformed the shape outside of its own canvas. Although the Transform will preserve the Domain of Definition (DoD) such that pixels outside the canvas still exist, the Shadow node doesn't have that ability. From the Shadow's perspective, the portion of the Clover outside its original dimensions doesn't exist. Put in a Crop right after the Transform and set it to the same dimensions as your Background in order to expand the canvas.
