Decklink 4K PRO capture

Hello,
when i use PAL and 1080p25, the video is ok. but the image i captured use 2160p25 has green background. I use elecard and vooya tools to play the video , it shows green stripes between the normal colors uniformly.

From my own experience of using this card, this is what happens when the "B" connection is missing for a dual-link input.
