can you desqueeze anamorphic footage inside fusion 9 (free)?

Hi,
I am new to fusion and was wondering if there is a way to desqueeze anamorphic footage within fusion 9 (free version)?
I am trying to create a gun muzzle flare and blood spray inside fusion (free version) but my footage was shot on 4.6k 4:3 anamorphic 2x lens and the footage is squeezed.

Sure you can. Either use the resize tool, the transform tool (play with the aspect) or set the pixel aspect ratio of your choice straight in the loader.
