DeckLink 4K Pro 12G-SDI

Could anyone confirm this card correctly transfers 4k/UHD HDR signals?

There isn't such a model on BM website, which I assume means for BM it's a legacy model.
I would not buy it. Get 8K Pro model, which is not much more expensive and even more powerful (and current model).

Those cards don't have HDMI, so you can't directly connect to HDR TV.
They will carry UHD signal over SDI, but there is no auto HDR flagging.
4K Pro doesn't have support for Rec.2020 which is not good.

I never understood how an SDI based IO device does or does not support a particular color space. I mean if they can pump 10+ bit YCbCr how would they even begin to discriminate between Rec709 or Rec2020 or any other color space.

Well, if it gets final YUV data it will pass it- this will work perfectly fine. It just won't flag it as Rec.2020, but this may/may not be important. It all depends. It's like taking Rec.709 ProRes files, but interpreting manually as e.g. P3. YUV data is the same, we just tell further apps in the chain how to treat it. SDI will be the same.
If 2nd device can be forced to take this YUV data interpreted as Rec.2020 then all will be fine.
Problems start if it's all automatic and you have no way of interpretation.
If you for example pair such a card with HDFury box where you can read this YUV data as is, add HDR metadata then all should be fine if you after end HDMI signal.
