No video Input

I just got Intensity Shuttle, install software I could see and configure shuttle but i dont see video input.
I checked cables, getting video input on monitor from camera.

Is the format of the source one of the same the Shuttle supports? If you're unfamiliar with that list, you can see it on the tech spec page of the product itself. This can be navigated from the Products>Capture and Playback>Intensity>Tech Spec link.
