Timecode switching

If you hold the timecode button on the ump for 5 seconds it switches from time of day to a programmable record run. Great. How do you switch it back??! I'm stuck in a hotel room with the slowest internet!!

"To switch your timecode back to free running time of day code, press the ‘timecode’ and ‘hold’ buttons simultaneously for three seconds."
