Having issues getting audio from our Presonus StudioLive soundboard into the BM Television Studio Pro. We have 2 Aux outputs setup up for output from the board. When connected to our BMCC we get audio fine. When plugged into the Video Board we get nothing. The outputs on the board are 1/4" and we are using a 1/4" to XLR cable. Obviously, into the camera it is just 1/4 to 1/4 inch. I am not sure what is going on though? I know the XLR input is turned on through the ATEM software control. Am I missing something?
