Network conflit between 2 ATEM

We have 2 ATEM in our network (10.x.x.22) and (10.x.x.23). When we turn both on, one of them disconnects from the network. Why is this happening? It doesn't have the same IP address. I don't know what else to do.

double check your network. either ATEM not set correctly or you have other devices with same IP. ping your ATEM numbers while they are turned off and see if anything else answers.

we run as many as 3 ATEM with panels on a single network with no issues. not to mention 3 video hubs, 30 wireless mic/iem and countless other devices...
