UMP locked up.

Hey all. My UMP seems to be locked up. I don't know if it is something that I'm doing(or not doing) or if it's more serious.

Currently when I turn the camera on, I don't get any information. The information display on the back of the monitor doesn't come on and I can't access any of the menus. I can see an image on the display. But I have no controls on the display. When I hit menu, nothing comes up. Nothing happens when I hit any of the other buttons. I can't record or perform any other function. I tried updating the camera software, but that didn't work. Has this happened to anyone else?

MIne has the same issue. Record this anomaly and try and replicate the process to show the issue. Then send it to tech support. They will issue an RMA.

Mine got to bad i have no picture on the screen. Don't wait until its completely gone.
