Flicker is not a problem shooting outdoors unless you have added lights and then you may need to pay attention to flicker free shutter angles. If lit only by daylight, no shutter angle should be a problem but 180 degrees or 172.8 degrees would be your normal shutter angle unless you Gad an artistic reason for shooting with more or less motion blur.
