Match Move Render Issue

I am using Match Move to tack and composite an image to video. Looking at the timeline render cache the results look great. When I render (deliver) a movie I get shake in the composite. Is there anyway I can render a movie using the edit render cache? Or other fixes?

I did find the button to use cached media.

Any ideas on the render difference?
