Major UI Issues

PostTue Jan 30, 2018 1:27 am

Hello,

Since the launch of 14, we've been having some issues. The new features are fantastic, and DR is much more optimized now. However, we still are facing issues on the timeline and node page in Color. When editing, we will click and drag, however when releasing the drag, the keyframe, node, or clip will do one of two things. 1. Jump to its original position. 2. Jump to the highest or lowest position (for example, it jumps to the very top or bottom of the node tree, or audio tracks mute or go +30. Is anyone else having this issue? DR14.2.1, MacOS 10.13.3.

Thanks,
Jack

Only people sofar that ever reported these kinds of issues where all having mouse /touchbar manipulation utilities installed that conflict with Resolve/MacOS in some way. The most common culprit BettrTouchTools. Most affected users , macbook pro with touchbar.
Resolution, uninstall those tools

That's odd, because I have no tools installed for that, nor do my other editors.

Jack, we need full details of your hardware and a way to try to repo your issue as we don't see it here.
