PCI-e card slection

I'm newer than new to video capture. I have a Dell Inspiron 3847, with i7-4790 @3.60GHz 64 bit operating system.
I'm interested in a card that will capture HDMI, which card do I need?

It depends on the format you need to capture.

There is the DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K or Intensity Pro 4K.
