I cannot find any reference to the decklink studio 2 card as it is an old card

Support page, Capture and Playback and then in Latest downloads section you have all history of Desktop Video, which has all drivers and MediaExporess app. Download either the one which is quite old (e.g. 1 year after your card was released) or very latest one.

Capture- no (only few formats are supported- ones which you see in preferences). Playback- probably not (try it- if you can import to MediaExpress then you can). If not you can use Resolve for playback.
If you want to capture in many formats you need 3rd party app- e.g. MediaNXS.
