Windows 14.3 instability

PostTue Mar 20, 2018 5:27 pm

Background: Did a series of captures with a GO Pro 6 this weekend. Set at 2.7K 60 fps flat profile. Was mounted on the bottom of a plane, so let it start recording until the battery died. Ended up with 6 - 8 4GB files.

Imported into Windows Resolve 14.3

On any timeline operation when it hits the end of clip, the controls and video displays no longer respond. Saving project does not work. You can exit Resolve and it will warn project was not saved, pressing save does not save the project. Only way out of program is to click do not save.

Running Task Manager shows Resolve is still in memory and a new instance will not start until those are removed. This is repeatable on demand.
