PostWed May 16, 2018 7:17 pm

Here is this year's entry to the festival! We shoot using UM4.6 with a Xeen 50mm T1.5 except for the drone shot in the beginning. The prop: a flower. The line: Let me think. The character: Thud Taylor person of action. Genre: super heroes.

Cool, just don't like tho look of shadows and blacks. Reminds me first RED look- blue in shadows and blacks.
Is it on purpose?

Due to time constraints we didn't really grade much. Just crushed the blacks a bit. We did not intentionally go for blues in the shadows.

Nice casting. After all 90% of the film is done with the right casting. You’ve proven that, Norman. Just think what you could have done with 72 hours... I know: more casting!

Awesome, well done. We just did the London 48 Sci-Fi and it was a great experience. Have you guys entered before?

The 48 Hour time crunch is definitely a challenge. There was so much that wound up on the cutting room floor! This is our fourth one. I think it's great practice for filmmakers to work under a deadline where planning and management really get put to the test. No matter how much you try, there are always little things here and there that show up out of nowhere to remind you that Murphy's law is alive and well!
