New ATEM television 4K switcher will not turn no

New switcher doesn’t power on completely. Internal lights come on but no lcd and set button is on. That the only light on the board that is on. Do you guys know what’s going on?

Send it back. (Unless you lying about the “new” part...)

Please add details such as, what was last done to it (software upgrade), is there anything on outputs?

No I’m not lying it’s new. At least that I know of. I connected it to power and nothing. Only internal light come on. No software update because my computer doesn’t see the switcher I even plugged it in to a monitor hoping to get something at least but... nothing.

Mine did the same thing, Blackmagic swapped it out for a new one.
They had a very fast turnaround time - at least in the U.K.

I have exactly the same problem. I bought a new ATEM and it does not start after connecting to electricity. The only thing that lights up is the "SET" button (red color). There are some lights inside the mixer. I sent the mixer back to the seller and wait. To make it fun, I bought this mixer only because my old ATEM stopped working and sent it to Blackamgic ...

Send it back.
We had our ATEM go dark after internal power supply went out. Was able to order replacement while we got it to work on PC power supply. No problems after that with any of our ATEMs.
