Unable to connect to PostSQL database

Hi! I'm starting to work with a team in Davinci Resolve Studio but I'm unable to connect to the shared database.

I create it in one workstation but in the other computers I get this message:

"Failed to connect to database. Please check log files for more details"

Anyone knows what this means? and how can I fix this issue?

As I mentioned in your other post about this, having a screen shot of the Project Server would be helpful.

And Resolve logs from the systems that can't connect.

But you've added a bit more data here, with the comment that the Project Server is on one system, and you are trying to connect from other systems.

Are the other systems on the same IP subnet as the Project Server system?

Can the other systems ping the project server?
