PLEASE HELP! MiniRecorder & High Sierra

Hello,

I'm having great difficulty in getting the UltraStudio Mini Recorder to work with High Sierra.

I'm using a 2017 Macbook Pro, with a USB-C TO Thunderbolt 2 adapter. The MBP is recognising the Mini Recorder, yet the Desktop Video software isn't detecting the mini recorder.

I've followed all online guides I can find to make it work, I've even restored my MBP to factory settings, yet still it isn't detecting the mini recorder. It is driving me crazy!

I have also tried it on my older MBP that has OSX Sierra, and still the same problem.

Please, can anybody help me?

RTFM. Sierra / High Sierra have a security issue with the BMD hardware.. There are a lot of topics in here that would have solved your problem in 5 minutes.. As everybody comes with the same question.

In the new manual is a complete section on how to fix this!
