Hi Denny, How are you doing?

I'm looking to build my first setup.
Is this still available? and what is the price?
Secondly, would you be able to ship to Zimbabwe?

Sorry, this camera kit was sold several months ago. I do have a Oanasonic AF100A available for $950, and I can ship it to you, this csmera also records 1080p/50-60 frame rates, and is an excellent little Cine Camera (larger than the Micro but smaller and lighter than the Ursa Mini, and it also a MFT mount). Send me a PM.

Denny

This question I am about to ask seems to be from another planet.

With the Panasonic AF100 does one need to take into account the question of PAL or NTSC?

Yes and no, if you are shooting SD, then yes, and it will do both, as you re setting the camera to 60Hz or 50Hz frequency. Shooting HD, it is mute, as PAL and NTSC are scan rates for CRT and Analog Broadcast systems. If you live in a area thst has 50Hz power system, then set the ca era to 50Hz to avoid shutter strobing effects with artificial lighting. If you are in NA or a 60Hz power area, then set to to 60Hz. The Syncro-Scan system uses this setting to avoid rolling shutter issues with artificial lighting and shooting monitors. This has more to do with yiur power source, then the analog broadcast systems, but they were driven by the same issue, to set scan refresh rates.
