You'll either need to rent a high speed camera or try in post. If you shoot so high, let's say 90 fps, that you'll only need to fake every other frame by optical flow it can work. Quality depends a lot on image content. Try to avoid motion crossing over in different directions and keep the background soft.
But this approach needs careful testing, it can bite if you don't.
But then, a high speed camera will need testing too, to find out if you can grade to match.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
