Hi,
New to the forums, and finding some strange issues with some of our setups.
We have quite a number of older MacPros running OSX 10.11.6, Adobe Premiere 2017, with DeckLink HD Extreme 3D + cards installed.
The issue is, that one some of our setups, when the user tries to move or change a sound clip during playback, the sound is muted. This only happens when we select BlackMagic as our audio playback option. If we chose the standard Apple output, the audio is fine (just out of sync with the video, which is via Blackmagic.
Same user (we use domain logins) using the same version of Premier, with same project files, on other machines (same setup, exactly) this doesn't happen. The user selects play, the sequence plays, and moving or click on the audio clip does not affect the playback.
Any troubleshooting hints would be greatly appreciated.
