1me 4k HDMI freeze

Hi.
I have a 1me 4k.
Input 1 (HDMI) freezes.
All the SDI inputs are fine.
If I convert laptop to SDI it is fine (Microsoft PowerPoint)
But if I connect direct his HDMI, after a few minutes the image freezes.
Disconnecting and reconnecting fixes the problem.
It is definitely the atem input freezing not the computer output.

Also, robot audio. Did this ever get fixed.
I don't trust any embedded audio on this device.

I had similar situation with my laptop being funny and swapped to a better brand of HDMI cable and the problem stopped. Cant say whether that will fix your problem but might be a troubleshooting avenue at least
