Resolve 15 interface freezes graphics

When I open a new project, DaVinci Resolve 15 freezes in a strange way : if I interact withe with Resolve (change tab, click on a menu,...) nothing happen, the screen doesnt show any change, but if I move or resize resolve window (it moves in a jerky, bugy, not normal way) the screen will update.
This problem doesn't appear on the project selection window.
It is really complicated to explain so I have included a video of the problem with the logs files in the link below.

Edit1: I installed the new version of Resolve (v15.1.0.025) but the problem did not disappear . The new logs files have been added to te cloud.

The current version is 15.1.2. Which was preceded by 15.1.1.

If you are testing with 15.1.0, please try 15.1.2 and if still an issue, provide logs from that.

Also, your link above is not working. If it's been obfuscated, it's not clear to me how that was done.
