I'm hoping someone here can help with an issue on REF sync on the Ursa Mini Pro.
I have 6 Ursa Mini Pros with Studio and camera fiber converters. I'm using an ATEM switcher to send SYNC via SDI-In on the camera (out of the six AUX outputs sending color bars). The ATEM has tri-level sync on the REF input.
I've set the Ursa to "Program" and see the "REF" symbol on the LCD screen. However, after power cycling the camera, the REF symbol goes away and I have to go back into the menu and cycle through Internal, External, and back to Program to make the REF come back. After another power cycle I have to repeat this process.
Having to do this every time the camera switches off is not a good workflow. All six of the cameras behave like this. Is there any way to make it stick to REF over the SDI-In?
