Update Bricked Intensity Shuttle Thunderbolt

PostFri Mar 09, 2018 5:17 pm

An update popped up and I clicked ok, then it started the update but halfway through got a message "an error has occurred." Now the device isn't recognized, I tried uninstalling Desktop Video, reinstalling, didn't work. I swapped the Shuttle with another one on the same machine and the other one worked so it appears the failed update bricked the device.

Does anyone know if it can be reflashed or should I start a warranty claim?

Thanks

Contact the support office in your region and they should be able to setup the unit to be sent in to help with this.

I had the same problem, I have been looking for an answer, I live abroad so my best bet is to get an answer here in the forum... let me know if you have one.

The only option is to have this sent to your regions support office to address. You can look at the company page for the office closest to you to contact.
