That monitor from TV Logic is unbelievable but... here in Australia, it's double the cost of an Atamos Shogun Inferno 7" which has a 1500nits screen. I've seen the fleetworld FW703 series and would work the BMPCC and the cost is around $400 USD, I know, you get what you pay for, but affordable. The SmallHD is a wow too! but again very costly, here in Oz.
So my new question is: Would the Shogun Inferno 7" monitor be OK for this small camera? I know the camera will only output in 1080 @60P frame rate, but its the daylight nits, that I need. The cam will do the recording. I just need a bright daylight monitor to focus, compose and shoot the scene. By getting the Inferno, I'd have it now so when I do upgrade to a larger 4K cine camera, I'll have a recording monitor. Am I making sense here?
