Resolve 14.0.1 Crashing on startup.

I'm getting really tired of searching everywhere and making 2 posts about this with nobody helping. I cannot afford some really big program like Adobe premier or something like that and Movie maker can't cut it. My Davinci Resolve constantly crashes on startup, sometimes it crashes on Loading Project Settings, Waveform Monitor, Control surface, Color page, I have done everything I can possibly think of to fix this program. I was just using it a few minutes ago then I saved it and closed it and now I can't get back in. Please, Please can anyone help me?

Version 14.0.1 of Resolve

Hardware/Specs:
Windows 10 Home V.10.0.17134
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 (1)
Intel Core I7-8700 CPU @3.20GHz, 6 Cores

I am unable to get a Crash report because it doesn't save to my desktop. I also cannot send the .nfo file because it is to large.

There is a thread linked in the thread Peter referenced that describes how to generate logs if Resolve won't start:

Note: If you are unable to restart Resolve successfully, logs can be manually captured to the desktop by referring to this thread.

You need to post the logs and the NFO file to a file sharing site and provide links to the files here.

You should use a current version of Resolve (15.1.2). Resolve 14.0.1 is very old.

If 15.1.2 crashes on startup, generate the logs and NFO file after that.
