This is long requested feature going way back to Blackmagic's earliest camera's.
As far as I know, this is possible to get working technically but it is not practical.
You may notice when you switch between ProRes and RAW, resolutions and frame rates the image will go blank and few seconds late will come back with those new settings applied.
This happens because when you change those settings your are in essence reprogramming the camera to encode video in a different way.
So it might work but you can imagine as you scroll through clips with different settings how it would be really annoying to have the camera basically go idle for some seconds while it reconfigured itself.
