No, also this lens will not cover even the HD window on the Pocket 4K, let alone the entire sensor onmthismor a Ursa S35 csmera.
The Canon XL series was a 1/3rds 3-CCD sensor, smallest video sensor on the market. Video sensors sizes range from 1/3, 1/2, 2/3rds, to 1-inch. A 2/3rds 16:9 Video sensor is 9.6x5.4, and the MFT 16:9 sensor area is 17.8x10. The Ursa 4K sensor is larger yet, and the Ursa lens mount FFD is much longer than the 1/3rd video camera lens mount FFD. So you see, this is a non starter idea from the start.
If you want to use this lens, I have a Canon XL2 you can buy from me, as this and the HD version of the XL are the only cameras that this lens will fit.
If you want a nice wide zoom for the new Pocket camera, consider either the Tokina 11-16 or the newer 11-20 Zoom, you can get the 11-16mm Zoom in a MFT mount on the Cine version.
Cheers
