H.264 Pro Recorder not detected

Hi,

I plugged the h264 pro recorder onto my computer and it appears in "devices" in media express, but in transparent. It does not appear in Desktop Video Setup. What can I do ?

Desktop Video Setup does not provide changes to the H.264 Pro Recorder. All changes will be done in Media Express under Preferences.
