HP OMEN and Decklink not working

Hi
I tried to get my Thunderbolt Adapters working an a brand new HP OMEN Laptop. I7, Nvidia1060
-Ultrastudio HD Mini (TB3)
-Ultra Studio Mini Monitor (TB2)
-Ultra Studio Mini Recorder (TB2)

Windows recognizes all the adapters correct (Windows Device Manager)
BM Device Control can see only the Ultra Studio Mini Monitor (TB2) but the Video out is flickering hard.
BM Device Control can NOT see Ultra Studio Mini Recorder
BM Device Control gives INSTANT WINDOWS BLUE SCREEN with Ultrastudio HD Mini (TB3)

All HP and Windows Drivers, Bios etc. updatet to newest version
Tested with Decklink drivers from 10.6.8 up to newest.

All these devices are running well on my HP Z-Book G3, also with TB3.

Any advice or help?

If i pull the specs of the Omen, I see a Mini-Displayport ( For output to a monitor ) And a USB 3.1 Type -C With a ** with it that only on a few models is certified Thunderbolt compatible.

So i'm not sure which model you have. If it is certified for thunderbolt at all?!! And how do you try to connect it? Because that Mini Displayport will not work for this. So you need some USB C thunderbolt adapter cable..

I also wonder Why HP says only few models certified Thunderbolt.. Which means there is some issue or hardware change that not all models do work with thunderbolt at all..
