It's funny, this is a problem endemic to all user forums: if people are happy with a product they are unlikely to search out a forum to post complaints or questions, so forums get filled with posts from people who have problems. It's sort of the opposite of survivor bias.
If you look at any online Mac forum, such as Macintouch, you would never consider buying a Mac computer because the impression from reading the posts is that Macs are incredibly buggy, unreliable machines. Same goes for any Windows forum and most software forums. Occasionally people who are really happy with a product will post on a forum just to say how much they love it, but they're usually the exception rather than the rule.
