on my ATEM system is it very important to put a Blackburst (ref in) for atem, hyperdeck,..???

It is not necessary. But you can if you want to sync hardware together.

But as long as you are not in a big broadcast environment, or live IMAG you do not need to sync in most cases.

ist because i have on several productions some cameras on my atem loose signal.? due to SYNC ??due to hot?
because blackmagic need (i work in Africa)!!!
ist for what i ask about Blackburst?

The Atem will run all cameras trough a framebuffer. This will cause a little bit of delay.
To cut out this delay in big broadcast like systems you can BB / Trilevel sync your cameras IF they support that..

Now you have from 1 to 20 ms less delay.. This is the only reason for this BB sync.

Losing camera images is not due too sync. But rather due to to hot cameras, or too long cables, no good cables, etc.. Or if you loose all cameras at once your Atem is overheating..

Sounds like bad cable connections, or cable issues, or as Daniel suggested overheating cameras.
You can get a BMC cable tester to evaluate the cables, and flex the BMC cable connection while testing, this is where most cables fail, the center conductor breakers where the cable flex’s allow at the BNC connector.
