Teranex mini question

Guys got a question about the functionality of the teranex mini.

Looking to setup a system that goes as follows ...

Sdi > optical to hdmi teranex (hdmi local out to monitor) > fiber cable > optical to hdmi fiber in (hdmi out) > fiber out ... repeat ... does the fiber out work this way ??

Are all the outputs always on??

Manual does not say specifically that I saw.

Well the Optical in and optical loop out does work. But SDI in and Optical out does not.
Then you would rather start with a Optical mini converter 12G.

See here. There is a switch that takes OR SDI OR Optical. But return to Optical is not behind that block. But rather a direct loop out.

ahh yes i see that now ... hmmm so close always so close ... just never quite what the products could be
