Is there a way to make font size smaller in Scroll Title?

The smallest size of font is 24, but I need it smaller for a reason. I found I can zoom out, but then blanking emerges on top and bottom.
Is there a way to make font size smaller than 24?

You could try using a Text+ Title instead then just animate the scroll yourself.
