make 3d logo

hello. i use davinci about 2 weeks. and some days ago start to learn fusion. pls elp how can i make a 3d logo from 2d. i need some extrud

Currently there is no native tool to extrude a shape to a 3d object

But there are some work arounds:
A) get fusion Studio (the standalone version) and the free Krokodove plugins, there is an extrude tool
B) convert your shape into a custom font and use this font with the text 3d node, which can also extrude
C) make an image of the logo, paint a displacement map and use the displace3d to give an image plane some displacement

i got some idea.
win 10 have free 3d builder. i can make an .OBJ file in 3d Builder and import in Fusion?

or what 3D format can in import in Fusion (with textures)?

i found a half of solution. i make a cilynder and apply a texture to it. i got a medal form logo.

now i must learn hot to split this logo for some parts like i can do with 2d objects using splines.

i read the manual but didnt figure how to intersection or subtraction 2 3d objects?

yeah a saw this manual. but i have to apply textures of logo to my logo. and somehow to split 3d parts. i have to use different programs this is bad. simple 3d editor in fusion would be great.

i resolve this problem with default Windows 10 3d Builder. make 2 models to animate in part and out part.

but i meet the problem with light. if i turn on light in render node. it have some glitch (see screenshots)

i found the problem. as a mistake in 3d model of inside medal.
