Hello all,
I’m wondering whether anyone has had an experience similar to mine and could potentially offer a solution. I’m aware that I will probably have to send the camera back but have been waiting 5 months for it to be delivered so I’m reluctant to do that straight away as you can imagine.
I received the camera a week ago and have been experiencing problems with playback. After shooting in Ultra HD, 4K in both RAW and ProRes in differing frame rates, I am unable to watch playback on the LCD screen. However, I can hear audio. After connecting the camera via HDMI to an external screen I am still experiencing the same problem.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
