DeckLink SDI Micro

For one of the project i want to use DeckLink SDI Micro for SDI Video capture run audio processing code and playback SDI video . Can i do the whole process using one DeckLink SDI Micro?
Can i capture and Playback continuously using single DeckLink SDI Micro card?
