Can INPUT to ATEM HD Switcher 1080 60i via SDI camera sources with 1080 60p from HDMI laptops and SDI ptzoptics camera?
Can the switcher accept the 60i/60P versions at the same time?

No. The switchers will have a setting within the control software where you can set the frame rate and resolution to one setting and will only see what it is set to. In order to have mixed formats be detected by the switcher, you would need these changed from either the source or with a format conversion device to ingest to the switcher.

Or use the new ATEM Studio Pro 4K, which can suport mixed source inputs (however, doing so add delay caused by the internal rescaling of the signal to match them up.
