Frequent crashes DaVinci Resolve 15

Hi,

I'm new to DaVinci Resolve, and I like it very much!
But … it keeps crashing on my computer.

Please help me.

Resolve was originally detecting you had an AMD HD 6800 series GPU, and Resolve was sort of running with that. Last noted on 2-10-2019.

Then later on 2-10-2019, Resolve started detecting an AMD HD 6870 GPU and would not launch.

Did you change the GPU? Or a driver? Or what, exactly?

Run Windows System Information and do a File - Save and post a link to the .NFO file it creates.

Yes, I updated the driver, but it didn't help.

The driver version that Windows reports equates to some sort of Catalyst 15.x driver. But I can't find info to specify exactly which 15.x driver it might be.

I'm not at all sure the available drivers for that GPU will work with Resolve 15, but I would suggest you try the 2 drivers available here:

Try the 15.7.1 WHQL driver first. If that doesn't work, try the Crimson 16.2.1 beta driver.
