Broken Video Assist 5 inch

Hi,

the 5 inch Video Assist of my son is broken. When powering on, display stays black, fan starts running. Can´t power off - fan keeps running. Device can´t been seen on Mac via USB.

The device is just out of warranty. His pocket money is limited, I can´t buy new equipment every two years...

Any idea?

Contact your regional BM Support office, since the warranty just ended, you might get it fixed for less than a replacement.
