How to change color of timeline background

Silly question, but I cannot figure out how to change the color of the timeline background from the default black to something else.

Yes I've had the same problem, some times when zoomed in or out you can miss a black bar because the footage is dark. I have used generator to put a solid colour behind the footage but it's a bit of a pain.
