Generate PNG lut

PostTue Apr 28, 2015 10:17 pm

Hey folks,

I had the luck to play with that awesome piece of software. I'm currently struggling to generate LUT. The only options I saw was 3D that is in some .cube format.

What I want to achieve is something like that

Any help? =)

Bump after few days. Really no one knows how to export the generated LUT instead of .cube into .png or convert it later?

DaVinci only generates .cube LUTs, AFAIK.

This might do what you want: http://lattice.videovillage.co/

Thanks for the reply!

I've saw these guys and they look awesome, however was wondering it's worth it to purchase the software to use the converter only. .cube to .png

First create video project with 512x512 pixels with maximum color depth as possible for png 24(best is 24 bit if it possible)
Second. put neutral-lut file in your project and apply your own LUT on this png and export this as still png with.
