I'm not sure, but this I know: Use of a pistol grip in cinema shooting, generally introduces considerable image shake, as it subjects the camera's weight to the utter vulerability of wrist-motion instability, particularly in one-handed operation, so some additional bracing attached to camera, for the chest and/or the opposing hand is highly recommended.

I've got now 2 cables (both 2,5mm and of them them is stereo on both sides, the other one has one side stereo and other RS-1 connection) BOTH of them does NOTHING!

So what can be the failure??

Sure, the grip can be damaged, but i don't think so.
Do somebody already connected that grip to the BMPCC (non 4k) and how?

You need to use a Lanc cable, and connect the grip to the Lanc port, not sure which port you tried to plug into. The physical Lanc connector is either (a 5-pin mini-DIN connector and jack) or in the case if BMD Cameras, a 2.5mm 3-conductor phone jack and plug (TRS connector). The two ends need to be wired the same, tip to tip, sleeve to sleeve and ground ring to ring. You can use a ohm meter to test this.

puh... thats a thing :D
a have 2,5mm 3-conductor jack (with to rings, so stereo jack)
Is there any difference between TRS audio and other stereo connectors??
So i think i have one.

So its only the question, if they are wired the same way AND if the grip is "dead".
