Is it possible play triggering of HyperDeck from....

Is it possible play triggering of HyperDeck from ATEM Switcher thru IP network data trnasmission?
If possbile, it will be unique function never AV switchers having.
Sony and other switcher can do it with expensive option devices.
When I work on HD broadcast facility, our MVS-8000SF switcher can start play HDW1500 XD-CAM deck thru it's Device Control option Board and Tally & GPI logic.
So, when ever cutting Play VCR to Program (Red Tally), immediately start play clip in XD-CAM deck.

It was not only easy and good setup for operator but also accurate broadcast skill for.

How about this ..... ATEM switcher's tally message can be transferred to HyperDeck transport signal like with out sony-9pin wiring and controller. :D

Well the ATEM does have an optional GPI / Tally interface. And the Hyperdeck does support external playback controllers via the serial port, so it is POSSIBLE. All it would take is a playback controller that accepts a contact closure input to trigger playback

Then the answer is no. It will not work without some third party equipment. The ethernet port on the hyperdeck has yet to be enabled in any of the firmware updates, and the serial port obviously won't work with a contact closure.

I recently built a RS422 deck controller for someone who needed to interface a Tally box (controls Hyperdeck Studio).
I have since modified it to be controlled directly from the ATEM using the Ethernet tally information.

It uses an Arduino microcontroller and I can sell you the firmware to upload, or design it yourself.

The biggest problem with it is the operator forgetting to put the Hyperdeck into remote!
