Hi,
I'm having some problems with one of my Micro Converters Blackmagicdesign (HDMI to SDI). The signal seems to get stuck in the converter, and the light is blinking on the SDI OUT side (repetitively 8 blinks and then pause). The converter gets input from a computer connected with HDMI, SDI out into another micro converter (SDI to HDMI) that is connected to a projector with HDMI. I've tried to swich out the converter to anotherone, and it works,signal goes through. So there should be no problem with the cables or the format, or the projector.
I've also downloaded the software update "Blackmagic Converters 7.3.3 Update" from blackmagickdesign.com. The converter is updated, and I've tried changing the 3g level output to both A and B. Is there any way to troubleshoot to find and fix the problem?
