Help with nVidia GTX 1080

I got a good deal on a used GTX 1080 videocard. I've seen a lot of posts recently regarding different different driver versions and stability/performance issues. Could anybody tell me what would be the best driver version to install? I'm just looking to get up and running quickly and not spend hours troubleshooting drivers. Thanks.

Just download the latest "creator" version from the nvidia site, probably 430.x. Earlier known stable versions include 419.67.
