EGPU Pro Audio Dropping Out

My Apple Thunderbolt Display is connected to the Blackmagic EGPU Pro, which is connected to my Mac Mini. I'm using a Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter and my audio is coming out of the display.

When I watch YouTube videos using Chrome, the audio drops very quickly every 10 seconds. Like a tiny glitch.

I am running OSX 10.14.4

Do you get the same issue when the GPU is disconnected?

I can also confirm to have the same issue with the normal Blackmagic eGPU. Audio is skipping when Thunderbolt 2 monitor is hooked to eGPU, but plays fine when monitor is hooked to the Mac Mini directly. And plays fine from the Mac Mini's speakers when hooked back to the eGPU. So definitely an issue passing audio through to external monitor.

Ian, out of curiosity, how much ram do you have in your Mac? After switching from 8 to 32, the audio for the Thunderbolt Monitor now plays fine.
