Many popular brands like for example adobe and many others use Uservoice for their community interaction regarding bug reports and feature request.
Personally I find this kind of community interaction very convenient. I have recorded some bugs I'd like to report in a convenient way.
You can also sort it by categories and by top votes etc. It is a more streamlined user experience than traditional forums, where many great suggestions get lost on older pages.
